European Bamboo Expo 2026

Tim Becker and Linda Lütkes participated in this year’s European Bamboo Expo in Dortmund. The event brings together international stakeholders from the bamboo industry, researchers, innovators, designers, practitioners, and bamboo enthusiasts on an annual basis. As a combination of trade fair and conference, the Expo not only provides insights into current developments and innovations, but also offers space for exchange, inspiration, and the development of new collaborations.

Tim Becker and Linda Lütkes used this year’s Expo not only to conduct short interviews with key stakeholders, but also to present the TRABBI project with two scientific posters. In addition, they shared key findings from the research project in a research talk.
